Beyond traditional wedding florals, we're always excited to take on more unusual commissions, think sculptural installations, statement florals, or artistic bridal bouquets that push beyond the expected. Whether it's an installation, an unconventional ceremony backdrop, or something entirely one-of-a-kind, we'd especially love to hear from you. If you have an idea, however ambitious, get in touch and let's create something unforgettable together.
Based in Glasgow's West End, we work with couples across Scotland including the east coast and Edinburgh.
We're proud to work across a wide range of wedding venues, and have developed particularly close relationships with venues including Cottiers, Mar Hall and Gilmerton House. If you have a specific venue in mind, we'd be delighted to hear more.

“Neptune Studios provided the most amazing service for my wedding flowers!! From the very first consultation, to adding bits and pieces as the day got closer, Bella and her team were wonderful. They got my vision perfect, the flowers were so fresh and I got to enjoy them for days after too!”
“Bella took the time to listen to our brief and take on board our request almost 2 years in advance of our wedding! Super knowledgeable florist whose team created bouquets, button holes, and table flowers for our wedding day and they all looked beautiful!”

Get in touch with your wedding date, venue, and a rough idea of your vision. We'll check availability and arrange a first conversation.
We meet (in person or via video call) to talk through colours, styles, budget, and the specific pieces you need — bouquets, ceremony flowers, centrepieces, and more.
We put together a consultation summary which includes a inspiration visual, and a detailed quote covering every element you've asked for, so you know exactly what's included and what it costs.
You review the proposal and let us know if anything needs tweaking, flower choices, colour balance, quantities — until it feels right.
Once you're happy, we confirm the booking with a signed agreement and deposit, securing your date.
8-4 weeks before the wedding, we finalise numbers, timings, and any last-minute changes (guest count, venue access, delivery windows).
We order and arrange all flowers and materials in the days leading up to the wedding, ensuring everything is fresh and ready.
Everything is delivered and installed either the day before or on the day itself, with bouquets and buttonholes hand-delivered to the wedding party. Collection is also available on request.
This really depends on the size and scale of your wedding flowers, larger weddings or peak season dates (spring and summer) benefit from booking further ahead, while smaller or more flexible weddings can sometimes be arranged closer to the date. As a general guide, we'd recommend getting in touch as soon as you start planning your big day to secure your date.
